Overview

MyndL ("we", "us", "our") is a mind mapping tool that helps you visualize thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your information.

Data We Collect

When you use MyndL, we collect:

Account information: Your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account, used solely for authentication.
Subscription information: Your subscription status and Stripe customer ID, used to manage billing.

Data We Do NOT Collect

Your mind maps, thoughts, feelings, or behavioral data. This data is stored locally on your device (in your browser's IndexedDB) and in your personal Google Drive. We have no access to this data, cannot view it, and do not process it.
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party data collection tools.
We do not sell, share, or monetize any user data.

Where Your Data Lives

Mind map data: Your browser's local storage and your personal Google Drive (in a private app-specific folder). You own this data entirely.
Account data: Stored in our authentication database (Supabase) with encryption at rest.
Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.

Third-Party Services

Google: Used for authentication and Google Drive storage. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Stripe: Used for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Supabase: Used for authentication and account management. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. This removes your profile and subscription data from our systems. Your Google Drive files are not automatically deleted — you can remove them from your Drive at any time.

MyndL is a productivity and self-reflection tool. It is not a medical device, therapy tool, or substitute for professional mental health care. We make no claims about therapeutic benefit.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF MYNDL. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We are not responsible for data stored in your Google Drive or local browser storage. Clearing your browser data or revoking Google Drive access may result in permanent data loss.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
